Cancelling is one tap
Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription. That's the whole process. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you've paid for, your subscription doesn't renew, and you're never charged again. No retention calls, no chat queues.
The $1 trial
The trial costs $1 and lasts 7 days. It converts automatically to $29.99/month — we say so at checkout and email you the day before the first full charge, so nothing is a surprise. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing beyond the $1.
Refunds
- Surprise renewals: if a renewal charge catches you off guard, contact us within 7 days of the charge and, provided the period is substantially unused, we refund it.
- Accidental trial conversions: first one is refunded on request, no questions asked.
- Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
